Who we are
“Antica Focacceria San Francesco” is a popular Sicilian cuisine born in Palermo in 1834, from a long history of fragrances, scents, aromas, craftsmanship of products, culture and passion for tradition. You can taste typical dishes and street food, to take away or served at the table: arancina, sfincione, bread and panelle, the typical flatbread or maritata, for example. A rich menu of specialties such as caponata, beccafico sardines or caciocavallo all’Argentiera and also pasta alla Norma or with sardines, baked anelletti, meat rolls or eggplant, tuna in pistachio crust and pescespada alla Pantesca. Finally, to leave you a sweet memory, or to take it home and share it with those you love, you can choose between cannoli, cassata, torta setteveli with different chocolates and much more. With the heat, our lemon and almond granita -served with the typical brioche- will delight your palate. We are waiting for you, to write new pages of our history in Milan, together with you.
