VIVO was created to enhance the catch that every day arrives from the Tyrrhenian Sea, respecting the rules of the sea, its rhythms and its seasons and guaranteeing origin, traceability and short supply chain.
Our offer of cooked fish is based on simplicity and tradition, varies every day depending on the availability of the catch and enhances the raw material without too many condiments to taste the taste of the fish really fresh.
In addition to the cooked dishes, prepared by the expert hands of our chefs, the VIVO offer boasts an exceptional selection of raw fish: tartare, shellfish, oysters and an incredible variety of other shellfish from selected partners, whose tasting allows you to make a unique journey in the flavors of the sea.
